The thing this thread is about is, to the best I can make out from a machine translation, a challenge to the public, similar to the Devil's Side video competition, having something to do with creating videos for submission, and it somehow involves hyde's Halloween Party and JOYSOUND, whatever that really is.

Not sure if this one is a contest with prizes, or a chance to have the best videos shown or included somewhere...?

There are rules that mention some elements not allowed in the videos, such as copyrighted images from other sources, scantily dressed people (apparently that's to be left to the professionals), and others.

The machine translation mentions "love song," and doesn't indicate what song or songs are involved.

If someone who can, would check the links above and translate, that'd be ever so nice of them. I'm really surprised this "campaign" hasn't been mentioned more.
