Alright you guys, so this might be a little bit tricky to pull off.. but I wanted to give it a try.
A brief introduction:
I'm Belle. I'm a professional, full time photographer, and also a big VAMPS fan. XD
My focus is photographing cool people + musicians/entertainers. Here's my portfolio: http://isabelle-ribeiro.com

I thought of something cool that we could do for the band.
I am located in Florida but plan to attend the NY show.
While in town, I thought it would be a cool idea to get together with as many fans possible, and I would take their portrait. The final project would consist of puting all the photos I take of the fans in a video (soundrack by VAMPS of course) and then send it to the band (that part I am still unsure of how to do- street team, any ideas?)
I am trying to see what everyone's interest in this is. Please give me some feedback. :O
p.s.: Anyone who actually resides in Florida can contact me as well and I can take their portrait for the project here in Orlando.
SPECIFICS/FAQ:
What is this project supposed to be?
- A VAMPS 'music video' featuring fans only. I plan on taking portraits of everyone as well as some video footage and put it all together in a video.
What song will be used?
- No idea. Taking suggestions. I will do a poll once I have some suggestions and we can all vote.
Where will this be shot?
- New York, since many fans will be there for the concert. Exact location to be determined. Once I figure out which hotel I'll be staying at, I will call them and ask if they would allow me to use the room for the shoot. I don't see why they would have a problem with it, since it's non-profit and wouldn't take more than a few hours.
When will this happen?
- Tentative date: October 8th, time to be determined. Preferably morning.

Well we could give it to the band on any meet and greet if there is any or directly to the staff like last year ^^ no problems there. It would be nice ^^

I didn't realize they did meet & greets! In that case we would have to meet the day before the concert so I have time to edit the video overnight!
Erm I also realize I should have posted this in the 'Fan projects' page. Could anyone move it? :( Sorry.

Yes, like Usagi said, even if there is not meet and greet, you could give a CD to the staff and I'm sure they would make their best to put it on VAMPIRIC hands :-D

Hm, sounds like a really cool idea - I'd definitely be up for it!
Would this happen *before* the actual show, or during the day(s) of/around the show? Just wondering how you plan on doing this? I think it's a great idea though. :)

Ideally I would schedule it to happen the day before, so I could edit the pics and make the video overnight and hopefully get it to the band/staff after the concert, perhaps during meet & greet (if there is one and if I am able to get in- I am not sure how this works as I never attended any of their concerts before)
I am hoping to have enough people interested in this as the date approaches, so that a week or so before we can schedule a more official place and time.

I added a FAQ to the main post. If anyone has any questions please ask, and I'll add them as well.
Still waiting for more interested people! If there aren't enough people in the project, there won't be enough footage for a video. :)
