SOMA venue - cathb - 04-12-2009 Well....I just got back from visiting SOMA. It is located in a typical business section in a small strip mall. There is parking at the venue and plenty of other parking in the surrounding area. Lots of places to eat....Jack in the Box, Denny's, Chilis, Chick-Fil-A, In and Out, Del Taco, etc. There is also a Target across the street if you need to stock up on something. It is relatively close to the airport and I only saw one hotel within walking distance....about 2 blocks. It is the Hampton Inn located on Rosecrans. (Warning - there is a totally nude girls club almost next door to it.) Peeking inside revealed a large entryway and counter area. I would guess that the venue is off to the left side. ????
