Happy Holidays! - VAMPS + American Street Team + - 12-24-2009

Merry Xmas everyone & Happy New Year! Some "major" VAMPS updates to come sometime in mid-January, according to J. I guess we've all got something to look forward to in 2010. ;) I wish you all health & happiness in the upcoming year! I can only wonder what 2010 will bring....

I don't think "long forgotten" is the right term. Remember, it took them about this long to release VAMPS LIVE 2008, too. It takes more work to release a live DVD than it does a single. With a single, you just have to worry about the music (prior the PV-creation process), but with a live DVD, you have to take into consideration camera angles, spotlight moments, etc. so that the video is exciting to watch and holds nostalgia value for the people who attended the live as well as to leave a lasting impression on those who have yet to attend a live so that they'll consider attending during the next tour.

With the New York gig airing on TV and now uploaded EVERYWHERE on YouTube, I think I'm hoping for the announcement of a new single and can wait a little longer on the live DVD, but BOTH would be nice :3 - Either way, I'm just itching for some sort of update. It's been so dead, my withdrawal is driving me nuts. At least now that I have the VAMPS album in CD format now (so that I don't have to go through the effort of listening to it illegally on YouTube), I have something to hold me over if only for a little bit.

Yeah, *lol* I asked J about the DVD as well, but all he said was that once he could officially tell everyone, he would. *shrugs* I dunno, we'll see what happens I guess. As soon as I find out anything, I'll let you guys know as well. ;)
