Monthly Vamps 13? I thought it just had posters of the back issues, not the magazines? And 2 t-shirts I believe--One Hyde one Kaz. If you're talking about Monthly Vamps 13 ^^;

Yes, it is only posters of the covers....not the actual issues. I think that the two t-shirts themselves are worth the price.

I had to pass that up :( I was interested in the last issue and Best of MV, but I wouldn't do anything but gaze at the posters and T-shirts (although there is nothing wrong with gazing and I do want them!) but I just can't pay $130~200 for it all........ and I'll need the money for the photobook and tour DVD, which I value more since it's VAMPS... in the US!! ....... and not to mention Laruku's Ken-chan's limited edition tour DVD will be coming out in November! Yeah... I took Ken-chan over HYDE.... even though HYDE is my love...... but I love Ken too and I'm so curious to see what his live was like!! lol

BUT! I have heard some interesting news from my fellow Japanese blogger friends!

Apparently, there is an advertisement for a VAMPS US Document Photobook!!
I've heard that details will be announced in the next issue of PATi PATi, but thought I'd let you guys know now because I'm sure all of you would be interested in this! And need time to scrounge money because I sure do!! lol

Let's hope and pray that Sony Magazines won't be so sadistic as they were with Monthly VAMPS vol. 13 (although CDJapan did save the day) and won't make it a mail order photobook!! lol

When I find out more about this, I'll let you know!

I have the Sept. issue in my hot little hands. I already posted the fan pic from Seattle that was in it under that thread.
Lots of pics of VAMPS wandering around San Francisco. Poster in the middle of Hyde and K.A.Z . Hyde looks really tired one on side of it.
The only labeled pics in English were from the Seattle and Portland shows. There is another fan shot with K.A.Z but it is not labeled as to where it was. Maybe I'll post it and someone can tell....

i feel the pain. i want Ken's goodies too, Plushie!, but it's gotta wait a bit. and it doesn't release until Nov, so maybe things will settle a bit by Oct. honestly, if you look at VAMPS and Ken's cds and dvds, most places STILL have 1st press available even now. the only things that consistently sold out were the Monthly VAMPS issues after the 1st couple. once they put them at all the online retailers, unlike the 1st issue, people started preordering really quickly. they(publisher/VAMPROSE) must have made a few more issues available since i saw yesterday CDJpn has a number of them listed as available again. this could be good if anyone is missing a couple of issues in their collection.

i'm sure there will be some folks who buy MV13 for just a couple of the items and sell/auction the rest and some who will buy with just that end in view. i'm always amazed to see selling posts on new releases immediately after release.

i want to be able to order the US Photo-doc as soon as they put it up, which shouldn't be too long since they've mentioned it in a Japanese mag now. just PLEASE boys, put it on CDJapan or HMV/YesAsia/somewhere to start with, none of the crazy MV13 rigmarole again. as many photos as the VAMPS staff took at all of the shows, there should be coverage of the lines as well as the shows themselves. i'd kinda like to get a photobook and dvd separately rather than together. that way i can enjoy one before i start in on the 2nd. spread out the goodness instead of an OMG!Xmas-morning type rush, you know? i've already been calling this another Year L'Arc and Solos Killed Me. and the 2nd half promises to be as hard as the 1st was.

I am very interested in the Ken DVD as well - I was just staring at the product page on CDJapan this morning trying to not click on the pre-order button. I am going to get it, but I am trying to hold out until next month.
