VAMPS Promotion Tactics - VAMPS + American Street Team + - 08-13-2009
Ok, this thread is just to see how people actually came to know about VAMPS and their music. I want to be able to pinpoint which methods were helpful. :D Good idea! I was torn whether to choose "I'm a fan of Hyde's and I've been following his solo stuff," or "I'm a fan of L'Arc."
Truth be told, to me Hyde is #1 ^_~

Hyde is #1 for me, too. But I love L'arc and to me Hyde is an extension from them. So L'arc got my vote. :)

That's definitely me ^^ I started listening to Japanese music when I was 11-12 yrs old with X-Japan, then hide, then OD, then laruku, then HYDE, VAMPS... etc xD

HYDE is absolutely #1 to me but I found him through L'arc and I found Larc through Fullmetal Alchemist so i selected I was a fan of larc

i'm a long-time L'Arc fan. also a hide fan, but only got into OD the last year or so. so, i actually went with the L'Arc fan as more representative. looks like atm that is the majority answer too. i'm not really surprised. 8)

Done! Voted for L'Arc~en~Ciel, because even when HYDE is my favorite member of that band, I love them as a team and they are all wonderful and have been following them since I knew them :-) I also have Fullmetal Alchemist to thank for knowing L'arc, not the first time I'd listened to them, but the time that allowed me to follow them.

I went for the "I'm a fan of Oblivion Dust, hide with Spread Beaver, and L'Arc~en~Ciel, so I had been following the members' solo works." since I'm a huge fan of hide with Spread Beaver and L'Arc~en~Ciel both, and have been for a lonnnnnnnnnnng time. :)

I'm both a fan of Hyde's solo stuff and L'Arc, but I went for the "I'm a fan of Hyde" because of L'Arc, he's the only one I really follow solo. ^^;;;
