Promotion Graphics - Tokio - 08-10-2009
No chitchatting please
This thread is for people to share or find web graphics that can be used to promote VAMPS online.
These include: banners, promo signatures, buttons, badges, anything that can be used online.
Rules:
- All graphics in this thread may be used by anyone (so don't post them here if you don't want people taking them!)
- It's okay if the graphics are subtle so it's not too obvious that it's an advertisement (ex: some forums may prohibit advertising so it might be best to create signature graphics that aren't obvious but still might catch people's interest)
- Stick with regular/common file formats - gif, jpg, png
- Only post graphics that you made or you have permission to post
- If you use someone's graphic(s) please save them to your computer and reupload them for your own usage. This is so you don't use up all the creators bandwidth
You can upload them on places like photobucket, imageshack, your own server, tinypic (?), wherever.

Tokio, I'd like to get a banner to use in different websites here to promote VAMPS and the forum, is there any "official banner" available or should I design one?

An official web banner for this forum? Ah, no I don't have one made since I don't advertise XD
You can make one if you want and maybe if I have time I'll make one. But I can't do it right now though. But good idea~

hehe The idea of a banner , an official one for this forum is to post it in websites related to japanese music (Example, vk forums, jmusic forums, japanese culture's websites -If they allow it- anime forums, street teams' official websites AND as a suggestion, comment this to -J , but to get to comment him about this, a banner should already be needed haha)
So, I thought "There must be an official one already!" but nope, it wasn't, so I'll create one (Actually, I'll ask a friend to create one, I'm useless at this
) and then suggest this to -J as VAMPS' official websites have lots of people checking out.This week I'll have it ready and then post it here.

Isn't anything fan-made ... not official? I don't think even this forum is official. Unless I missed something??

This is not an official forum, Tokio is a fan like the rest of us ^^ and we have nothing to do with J so I doubt he will even answer about that matter. xD Nothing is official here unless is J login in every 100 days or so to answer questions, although he hasn't done that on this tour maybe he just did it last year so we could feel closer to all and get tickets, dunno.
Official is or the MySpace or the Facebook Page, and that's it.

Right...we are not official in that I am not employed by VAMPROSE and this forum is not owned by VAMPROSE and they are not liable for anything I say or do. I own it, I pay the bills, I run it.
And that is a good thing because it allows us (and me!) more freedom. If it was owned by VAMPROSE we would have to follow their rules and I wouldn't be allowed to make any changes without their permission. (And I don't think fans would be allowed to run/moderate the place because we're not employees)
Though, I think we are about as close to official as we can get without me giving up the rights. Obviously we have been promoted on the myspace/facebook this year and last year so J (and Vamprose??) does know about us and encourage people to come here. We've also got some official promoters here.
And yeah, J is a member here but he hasn't posted since last year. I'm sure he is too busy to chat with us.

If I may make a suggestion, please. How about adding the official VAMPS facebook site at the top alongside the MySpace link?
