Ai gave my friend and I VIP tickets to the los angeles concert, and amongst the excitement, we forgot to ask what we get with VIP tickets? Is it just admittance to the concert or is there another event we get along with it? Thank you! :)

Hey,

I think it's best to email Ai to ask about that. I don't know if there is a difference between guest list, VIP, or regular tickets. My personal guess would be that you get in the concert without having to buy a ticket since you'll be on the VIP list, nothing special.

But it's best to mail and ask her. If you know her personally then maybe there would be benefits, but if you don't know her that well then I'd think VIP would just get you into the concert.

Howerver, VIP/Guest List/Contest winners can not attend autograph sessions.

The VIP tickets simply mean that you will be able to enter the show without a "normal" ticket. Purchased tickets have bar codes, the VIP tickets that you have do not. And as Tokio stated, contest winners will not be permitted to attend the autograph sessions.

Thanks! I really wanted to attend the autograph session, but I guess it can't be helped :( Is there anyway to purchase a cheaper ticket for just the autograph session? I have wanted to meet Hyde for about 6 years and I would be really sad if I had to miss my first chance.

It's just ironic that what was meant to be a gift is used against you, so that you need to buy tickets anyway, in order to attend the signing.

Yes, but remember the reason given for the autograph sessions was a motivation to encourage people to buy tickets. Even though I had won free tickets, if I had been able to go to the SF autograph session, I would have had to purchase more tickets. So the promoters achieve their goal of selling more tickets.
