Hey everyone! I'm a leader of the US Street Team for the Vegas venue, and i need fans opinions that are attending the show. So this is what im trying to accomplish:
1. Get fans (going to the Vegas show) to give me opinions on what to include to Vamps and their staff via thank you cards,etc.
2.I've been getting questions about tickets. If you have any, i'll gladly accept them. Im calling the venue personally to get info on release dates and prices.
3.Make sure everyone during the show (including the band and staff) has an awesome time, we need to make sure the band has a good of a time as we do!! (Yay VAMPS =^,^=)
So that is it so far. Feel free to contact me for anything.All ideas,opinions, and questions are appreciated!!!

When I went to the Dir En Grey show in Atlanta, their street team had a special T-shirt designed for each band member, then they had fans who were waiting outside autograph the shirt (They were presenting 1 shirt to a member at each of several shows). Then the street team member presented it to the band member at the meet-n-greet. I'm told that the band (and band member) were very surprised and pleased, and that the other band members wanted to know where theirs was. It was a cool idea and went over very well. I wonder if we couldn't do something like this for VAMPS? I'm not an artist, but the idea of getting to sign something that will be given to them (and possibly worn) is appealing. And a T-shirt or Hoodie or Jacket would be way cooler than a simple card. Somehow I'm picturing a leather jacket or a Black T-shirt (but Please NOT PINK!!!!)

oh btw, I hope to attend the LV show, so I'd be happy to help you when I get there. I haven't booked my flight but was planning on being in LV from 7/26-7/30

Thats a good idea. but the only objection is time, and we would need to make sure that ppl at other venues do the same thing. but i'll definetly keep it as an option! Since your planning on going to the vegas show, all ill really need help with is calming everyone and keeping them within certain boundaries. I'll see you there. i'll be wearing a street team shirt so ill be recognizeable. if anything else comes up or u have any other ideas (or questions) pls let me know! thanx =^.^=

Hmm, I like Eilonwe's idea. I'll be at the Vegas concert (once the ticket deal gets sorted out with Monday/Wasted Space being closed -_-), but should it fall through on my end *knocks on wood*, I would be more than happy to donate or something, whatever decision is made

We are currently handling the Monday issue. We contacted J about it. Everything should work out fine. Sadly I can't accept donations. But I'm sure I can find a way to plan this out if enough fans like the idea. So spread it around! Thanx.

I was thinking, though that we could do shirts for the whole band, and if anyone at other shows wants to do something similar then the band would have a great memory from each show that did something like that. I know time is a big a issue. I figure even if we just gave them Black T-shirts and had the fans sign them that would be enough. We could cut a template and maybe paint the Vamps Name in Pink. Kind of like the pink Script Vamps sign in the videos. And have everyone sign with a silver or gold sharpie. That would be easy, and quick, and could even be done the day of the show.

Making shirts all simple like tht is gonna be alot cheaper. would you want the members actually to be able to wear it or just like a memory they can look at? how about putting las vegas on the back and a message to each member so its personal and they can remember where its from. Good?

Does anyone know what the band members like? (I have to admit that I'm not into personal lives that much so I don't know favorites like colors, foods, drinks, etc.) But I'm sure these have been published somewhere.
Another thought is a gift basket with various munchies and/or fruit in it. The good stuff from places like Trader Joes....if you have one in your area. I'm sure that we have lots of stuff here that they don't have in Japan. People could volunteer to bring an item and then meet at a specific location and put it all together.
Just another thought.....but I like the T-shirt idea, too!

The shirt idea is a go!!!!! i'll get started on it right away. and the problem with food is tht i might not be able to get it passed security. if anyone else has ideas for the shirts im making the band please let me know!
