Here's what I can answer without digging too deep or running wording past their side:

The Q&A submissions were closed as of June 15th.

The signing at their show -- and indeed ALL aspects of their show -- are NOT something I can help you with. The show is not an Otakon event and I have no say in how any part of it works.

I would NOT expect to be able to get anything other than official VAMPS merchandise signed by them, but again, I do not know how their signing will work.

Stay tuned for news about how OUR events with VAMPS will work (as soon as I've got it written up and approved) -- but again, I would not plan on bringing lots of stuff for them to sign. Whatever time they have for signings will be extremely limited. The Japanese side of their management is still a bit overprotective, and the American side has worked hard to convince them that it's "safe" to do fan events like this, and they're controlling it pretty tightly.

I've never been to any American show or meet and greet!! I wet to one in Japan and they were all really sweet! They had security, but I doubt they'd know what to do if anyone tried anything.
