It seems that e-tickets are now available too on FNAC.

So quick, wow . Could you see the status of your order being updated on the FNAC site? Because mine is still the same and I fear there is a problem with my order .

Does FNAC have an international phone number?

Well, the FNAC site says about the status of order: "Your payment has been correctly registered, and your tickets will be sent as soon as possible."
The tickets were delivered by DHL, and I got an email from DHL where was this code that you can track your shipment with in their website.
Maybe they haven't got your payment registered or something? :/ I hope you get your tickets soon!

I do not think there is an international one, but since there is a English version of the page, I do hope some people will be able to answer you in English.
The number for order tracking is 01 41 57 32 19.

My status at FNAC says the same. When did you get the email from DHL then? Because I haven't received anything so far.
My problem is the following, I already created an account before I ordered the tickets and was logged in with this account. However when I wanted to proceed with my order I had to log in again with this account but the site said this account wouldn't exist. So I created a new one with another email address. The order confirmation was sent to this new email address. I can only log in with my old account at the FNAC site, though. When I try my new account it says this account doesn't exist. That's my problem and that's why I think something with my order could have gone wrong. I wrote to FNAC and they confirmed they can't find an account with my new email address. Nevertheless I can still see my order in the confirmation email with an order number and when I click on details I suddenly CAN log in with my new email address. Now I wonder if they can find my order or not. To discuss this everything by email is a bit... that's why I asked for a phone number to call them from Germany. Akane-FST, I will try 0033 1 41 57 32 19 tomorrow, I just tried if it works from here and it seems it does. Thank you so much! I hope I can clarify everything tomorrow and when my order hasn't gone through I'm sure I'll go for an e-ticket then...
