I'm also worried about the fact that Sonar says only ticket holders can get in, but the will call window doesn't open til that night.

I would HOPE they would sign copies of Faith. It's not like you're asking KAZ to sign 666.

It sounds like we'll be passes for the panel at Otakon AFTER the Sonar show and it says nothing about having our Otakon badges. So maybe we don't need them then. In which case, we can all just go pick them up after the show and not worry about leaving line.

Sounds like no autograph session at Otakon then.

That could be Sonar's rule in general, but VAMPS might have their own rules. In Japan, cameras are never allowed at concerts (from what I can tell, right?) and at most Jrock shows I've been to, cameras have not been allowed. No photography at all. I'm betting the rule will be no cameras. But don't quote me. :/
