So you go to a FNAC store, and head for the shows and tickets selling section. You just tell the salesperson that you want to get the tickets you made a reservation for. Then you have to give the credit card that was used to buy the tickets online (so that they can check you are the same person), and then they will give you your tickets. Icon_3nodding
