Those of you who have been active in one particular topic regarding the upcoming show in LA probably know that I have been particularly interested in hearing HYDE sing this ever since I saw some Japanese set list feature the song. Although I'm not a huge fan of death metal (not to be confused with Gothic metal or black metal), I have high hopes that they don't make the song dramatically lighter or more poppy like they did with LIVE WIRE (which is still an amazing song, but kind of detracts from the fact that it IS a cover).

EDIT - Yup, according to the VAMPS Official Website, the B-side will be "KYUKETSU -SATSUGAI VAMPS Ver.- *girly scream* OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG I CAN'T WAIT ^__________^

K.A.Z wrote the music, but the artist (or whatever) is probably KYUKETSU. I think it's from the live action one, but I don't know. Check back to VAMPS' MySpace blogs from 2008. That should clarify a bit.

KYUKETSU means "bloodsucking" Icon_domokun

Yeah the original was from the DMC live action and Kaz wrote the music.
VAMPS version is called KYUKETSU because Hyde changed the lyrics from the original I think.

anyway violent is ok...but the lyrics in this version seem a little ridiculous imo haha...music is cool but im someone whos really into good lyrics...hyde has never disappointed me in that dept so we'll see what he does with this...

Most likely he will change the lyrics and adapt it to the new title and of course VAMPS! ^_^ Being KAZ the genius behind that song I'm sure he will let some arrangements be made to it. Plus the song was made like that for the anime and live action (since it already had a theme and direction). I don't like the original lyrics either but it was all part of the irony of the series (if you haven seen it)
