That's 4 AM for me supposedly.........I guess I can do that seeing as I'm an evening nurse but I usually try to be in bed before 2 AM so I don't totally screw myself up sleepwise >.< But I must do what I must do for VAMPS!!!!

Japan is 13 hours ahead of us on the east coast in DST, 14 hours in the winter. the biggest hassle most people in the US have is going to 24 hour clock from a 12 hour one. this is a simple chart that i've pointed out to a number of my friends. we used the 24 hour clock in the hospitals i used to work in, so it converts pretty easy for me.

and this one works well for time zone conversions and has 12 hour or 24 hour clock choices. you just have to make sure you click "use the following date/time" unless you just want the present time somewhere or other. ^ ^
