So what do you think, who has got the best chances to win so far? And what are your favourites? I still think hydebelle has very high chances because both parts are good, the video and the voice (could rock a bit more, but at least she hits the notes and has her own style of singing) and well, she is attractive
. On the other side she got a few negative comments and her video can only be accessed by people over 18 now. This could somehow influence the decision. I have no personal favorite so far except youngsango13's as for the singing part. I don't know, there are a few good clips, but when the singing part is not so great this destroys the whole thing for me. It may be just me but I hope videos that are maybe not so original but have great singers in it should be rewarded. I cross my fingers for youngsango13 and all great karaoke singers that may still come .Nevertheless... I hope when Vamps make a tour again one day they will give autograph sessions for everybody because, to be honest, I think it a little bit unfair that only the karaoke contestants have a chance to get an autograph. I am sure there are a lot of Vamps fans who just don't have the equipment to shoot such a clip or know exactly that they would get into trouble when they show themselves doing a crazy video (I mean... EVERYBODY can see your clips on YouTube...
) This contest is fun and all, but, you know... only for a limited number of people and that's what I don't like about it. Would be interesting to hear your thoughts about this.

Well, I think ANYONE can upload a video to youtube singing DEVIL SIDE. I mean, I just recorded someting on my cellphone and will upload just for people that say that it is beyond the means most fans possess. I mean it is not great, it is in fact... lame X-D But it can be done with a regular phone or webcam (I used phone and mirror) only because MAN! you have to at least try!!!!!!! BTW I am working on the making of a decent video. But well, the point is... anyone can at least try, even if you don't own a cellphone that can record video or a webcam you can go to a Cafe Internet and rent half an hour of a PC+webcam or ask a friend or anything! Clearly not everyone can sing, we are not professional singers... some of us not even amateur singers X-D BUT we can try, and we most definitely should n_n

About being exposed in youtube, that is true but most of the time your teachers, family, friends and even bosses won't care... unless you are trying to be a member of the Parlament or something like that X-D I work at a newspaper in Mexico and even when I have a couple of videos of me making stupid stuff in youtube, I still have a job X-D It takes some time not to care about their opinions but it can be done. If it is very important for the person to keep the identity concealed, I suggest creating a new youtube account under a nickname and using a half mask and the hair combed back.
I like Hydebelle's video too :-P There are a lot of good ones, they are all good just for trying, in fact. As for favorites, I liked the bass in Orenjicarla's, the vocals of ReilaWonderland, the inventivity of Alekzalee, the props of Cleire... and I could keep on going but I don't remember them all X-D (also I think I am making up words here).
@The one Kamola likes, I think it is very entertaining, I didn't like the vocals much, but it certainly made me happy :-D Also she was creative, she tried to sing on two different scales, but I think it would be too high pitched to be accomplished easily.

! I just think people with a "lower" equipment may not have the best chances because the results won't be so great like with a great cam, a great video editing software etc. But who knows... as long as great vibes come across... and after all Hyde and K.A.Z are the judges and who knows what THEY like

Well that's true, profesionaly edited videos might look better but think about the whole think like LowBudgetMovies Vs Blockbusters. Sometimes the LBM are far better in content and concept and they kick Transformers 2 in the ass X-D

LOL I understand. Sometimes I listen to stuff and think: "Why is she/he singing that part like that? Why is it off time? Why don't they pull the note half a tone higher?" But... I try to enjoy :-) ESP since I can't do better X-D And they don't do it intentionally, it is like colorblind people, I used to have a boyfriend that was colorblind and when I asked him for the "Mediterran Blue" he'd give me the brown paint :-p I also had a friend that was the same and he had a lovely light pink shirt he stopped wearing when I told him it was pink, he was on the idea his shirt was tan.
Also to see those videos you "can't listen to", you can turn the sound off and even watch them while listening to your original DEVIL SIDE single.
