Thanks Nyan, Chibi Chibi for your replyIcon_heart

Oh, so Avalon site might be having some serious issues then.. I wanted to figure out what is the layout of the standing area, but I guess as long as I go for floor ticket, it should be fine, I suppose.

Hope to see you at the liveIcon_heart

Well, when I am in doubt... I buy the more expensive X-D
if they are all the same price... O_O I have no idea. I only went once to Avalon website and I had no trouble that time. I was using a mac.
i think there is something wrong with the website, because i also got the virus warning (i'm using mcafee)...

i went on ticketmaster and tried to find a seating chart for the venue, there was no picture. however, i went to pretend i was going to buy concert tickets for the venue and it said there was general seating, so i'm guessing that there are no seats ^^; isn't the venue also a club?
For those buying on Ticketmaster for the NYC convert, it's a general admission. But in case that you don't feel confident about it, just choose the "best seat" option. ANd those from out of the US, you can choose the 'pick-up option' so they'll accept your credit card, which it's waaaayy better than explaining by BFF from Orlando why I'm traveling to see them AGAIN.

I think yes, as far as I was able to see on my only visit to AVALON website, they are a club.
I saw An Cafe there last year. It's a good little place for a show imo. I like small venues. Just make sure when they make us sit on the floor for an hour before the band comes on you dont sit on your knees because they will have us sit for a while. There's a parkng lot right by the entrance. I don't think it had any seats but I was in the pit and if there where seats I forget. I like the Avalon, so I'm excited.

you've been there? Wat can u say about the merch and quickly getting front row in teh pit?? id really wanna kno alot o info about the area :D if u can
You'll go by the Merch Table on the way in but I always suggest people, especially people who wait in line all day go to the pit right away to get close. The front row is a little closer to the stage than bigger venues like the wiltern which is nice, but chances of getting in the front row really depends on the turnout of the line. I'm not expecting getting front row after the line I saw waiting for Vamps last year last year. I'll be lucky if I can camp out 1 night with the job I have.

Just a heads up, when you get into the pit they'll tell us all to sit for the hour waiting for the band to come in which I think is nice because then it's easier to stand, but just be ready for when everyone stands up the tendency is to bomb rush towards the stage. So be ready for that so you a. dont get crushed and b. you can make sure people don't shove their way in front of you.
*easier to stand after getting to sit for an hour that is
that sounds so scary!!

XD sorry, I probably made it sound a lot worse than it really is. When I said bomb rush I think I made the impact sound more explosive than I intended. No... People will just kinda bump into you or you'll bump into people in front of you or you'll have a couple of people cut you. The vamps crowd isn't too rough but sometimes young concert goers think it's cool to sneak in front of you or squirm as close to the front as possible. They'll take whatever chance they get.

I kinda laugh it off and usually a few people cut me in the pit, and let them ahead. I reach a cut-off point usually where I try to not let people cut in front of me but by that point people are usually pretty well situated. It's better to laugh than get in a fight with them over it.
