I was unable to get a VAMPS shirt at the Sonar show, they were sold out by the time I got to the merch table :(
So I was wondering where I could get this VAMPS shirt, but I want it to be official

I saw that they only had these on their english merch site.

Ha ha, that is my shirt Icon_biggrin

You might try asking someone to pick one up for you at one of the West Coast shows??
Oh, actually I just read that the t-shirts were lost??!! wow -- then if that is true, I guess my suggestion wouldn't work.

Perhaps someone from the New York or Baltimore show has an extra they would be willing to part with?
I always use FDJP.COM when I am buying Japanese merchandise from a site that only ships within Japan. I usually just describe the item I want to buy and then add the link to the merchandise site in my e-mail. FDJP will reply with a quote. Only downside is you have to pay a commission, but sometimes there's no other way to do it. Unless you have a friend in Japan. I pre-ordered the VAMPS Monthly #13 through this service and have used them quite a bit in the past.

This way you could buy a VAMPS shirt or any of the other fabulous items that are only available on the Japanese merch site.
If you are willing to use a service like the one mentioned above (I use Mukunoki for this sort of thing) I just got a email from HYDEIST and they are selling the US Tour Merchandise here:

http://www.iacts.jp/vamps/

it is an official store, but it is geared towards selling the US Merch to the Japanese fans, so I don't think they ship to the US (I didn't look that deeply into the site) so a 3rd party would be needed I think.

This way you can get the US version of the T-Shirt.
I think the primary problem here is that there aren't multiple official ways to get the merchandise. All I want is a CD and a wristband, but the official VAMPS goods store only has one method of shipping and thus it costs almost $50 just to get a wristband that only costs about $7. On Amazon and... well, pretty much every other website, I can get items imported from Japan for only $3 shipping, so what excuse could they possibly have for charging $40 for shipping a tiny object such as a wristband. I mean, if the shipping is uber fast, I understand that, but what if I wouldn't mind waiting the extra time for my wristband to arrive? As long as it gets to my doorstep in a fashionable manner, I don't care if it takes a month.

On top of that, there's no option to allow you to choose the color, to my knowledge, so if you want a black wristband, you have a 25% of getting three different other colors, maybe more, so you have to rely on luck of the draw.

Maybe I'm just doing something totally wrong. I don't know. =x - Mindless rant over 8D

Well they really don't have to sell tour merchandise online at all .. so if they want to make it as simple as possible for themselves by setting one kind of international shipping then I really don't see a problem with it - of course YMMV.

About the wristbands - You are allowed to select the color.

I suppose you're right, but I would think it would be much easier to just sell them on CDJapan, YesAsia, and sites like that. I mean, they have the CD's there; why not the merchandise? =x - Shipping's not quite as much there either. Don't get me wrong, though. I'm not trying to be hard on the band or the management at all. I just think it's an inconvenience that I have to pay a lot more shipping than it's actually worth when I can get international shipping from Japan for similar objects much cheaper on Amazon.

And I must have been doing something wrong then. I couldn't find a color selection thing when I tried to order mine. .-.

Which website are you trying to order from and which color do you want? Black?

Okay as far as I can tell for that website the only one they have is the black one, so you should feel perfectly safe ordering it Icon_biggrin

Yeah that is the only official one for international fans, I thought you might be ordering from one of the other two - they both have multiple colors for the wristbands.
