I'm not a techie person, but I know a lot of you are so this would be feasible if it is thought to be a good idea. If not, you know how to close this thread and move on....lol.
There are so many great fan pictures and videos. I'm sure people waiting in line are taking pictures and videos, too.....and probably will be at future venues of the fans and general activities.
Is it possible to incorporate all of this fan waiting, still pics, videos at Warped, etc. into a DVD? When the tour is all over with, compile it all from whoever is willing to donate whatever and send it over to VAMPS's management so they can SEE (and hear) how much we truly love them. I figure that they usually only see the concert footages and really don't know how long people camp in line to see them, what we do, how truly excited we are, etc. This would be a unique momento for them in addition to the hard copy stuff they are getting like the banners and fan books. ??????
They filmed the lines in NYC and Baltimore a good deal. I know in Baltimore, they filmed as people came out from the autograph session, and followed people who were crying. |D
But I think a DVD from the FANS perspective would be a really good idea! I know I have pictures of the photographers/videographers taking pictures of us (especially from Warped Tours)! XDDD So I think that's a great idea, if someone can do it!
I can submit a TONNNNNN of pictures, and donate whatever too. :3

Hey, that's a kick-@ss idea! I would love to make the DVD, the only thing is, I only have the program Windows Movie Maker, which is an EPIC FAIL. Anything over 5 minutes and the program will constantly crash. Anyone here with a Mac that has final cut pro? This should be really easy to do. We can use a video editing program such as Final Cut Pro, import all the photos, clips, etc... and put it together. Then, the film would be burned onto a DVD. I'm pretty broke right now, so I can't buy any blank DVDs (sad, huh?), but if we're going to do this, then will have to set a deadline (like this Friday) or something, so we can have time to edit and take care of any other technical issue that may arise in the process. Any ideas anyone?
That is a really freaking awesome idea. Unfortunately, I too am limited to Windows Movie Maker. D: I'd be happy to donate my photos from the line, though, to anybody who can put this thing together.
O.o I've never had a problem with windows movie maker LOL. But my grandpa has a dvd burner which should be easy to connect to the computer and burn discs once its been made. I know I'll be taking photographs of probably everything LOL. Especially Kazu if I can get away with it. And Juken too probably oh heck probably all of them. I'm glad I have a 4 GB memory card LOL!
I think it's a great idea but really not necessary since they practically stalk us before-during and after the concert, with their own cameras. And they have plenty of photos as well.
And yes Missy has a ton of photos xD.

I LOVE THE IDEA :-D sort of documentary from fans POV. I'd propose this:
When the tour is over, let's create a youtube channel, an ID that goes something like VAMPS_FANS_2009
Then we can upload several pieces of short footage (less than 5 minutes so no computer crashes) and then make a reproduction list, so it can be watched as a whole movie or in separate pieces from auhor/group.
That way it can be updated forever if we find more fans in possession of pictures or video.

i'm in, i have ready my camera with a 4 gb card, so i'll take tons of pictures of everyone and tons of vids.
I love the idea!! I'll bring my camera too, I'll take pictures and record videos while we're waiting in line ^^
