I've read that other venues wont allow people to "camp" out in front of the venues and was wondering if it would be the same for the Regency, and since it is also going to be a autograph session, if the rules will stay the same or change.

All good things to know yah? You dont want to show up like 3 a.m with no hotel or place to stay only to find out you cant stay there. :P

Basically the reason for no camping is because it is considered "loitering" which is illegal. And other places surrounding the venue have business and customers, which I think is kind of a turn off when you see "people" camped out in front of the business. Makes people think of homeless people even though they are not. I'm sure they won't allow it even if there is a autograph session for the reason of "loitering" again.

No it's not allowed. They have security that will shoo them away. While yes I'm sure people will still do it, security will make them leave.
