Okay, so how long did it take you to get a staff member to take the banner and thank you card? And after one finally did, were you able to get a good spot in the crowd for the concert still? I'm worried about my friends saving me a spot up front.

I'm really worried about this too. I was under the impression that they knew we were doing this stuff and it would be super easy to get the banner/card to them. I don't want to spend a long time just trying to find someone to take the banner, and then end up not close to the stage at all! (And I suck at pushing, so I won't be doing that much)

I already had a spot in line, and just asked someone to hold it for me while I went to try to find a staff to give the stuff to.
Fans are super nice :)

I helped Jenny with the line but mostly if people know you have been there all the time and just went to sign the banner and then return and stay there for a couple of hours more they acknowledge your spot. If you appear at 4 pm and claim your friend was saving your spot even if someone was saving your spot, because they never see you there and you just showed up you are just going to have to go to the end of it.

Thank you so much! I'm really sorry about all the hassle you had to go through, though. I mean, they were just supposed to take it and no questions asked. What did they tell you?

I'm not worried about saving my spot in line that much as I'll be with someone. More like, I thought we'd just be handing the banner/card to someone on our way into the theater or something, this way as many people as possible can sign it. When should we be trying to do this if not on our way in? I'm hoping to be near the front of the line unless people are lining up the night before or something.

Of course by the time they get to Portland the staff may be expecting this already and I won't have anything to worry about

I thought I saw a small bin for gifts on the way into the venue. It was empty though, or at least it was when I saw it.

I gave Ju-Ken my gift ^^ at the end of the concert when he started to wave bye to the people he grabbed my bag T_T!

I had a bag on my hands more like a small pouch and I was between throwing it to the stage or hoping someone will grab it. And at the end Ju ken noticed and grabbed it *_* so now I know Hyde and Kaz will get my gift!
