VAMPS International - L'Arc~en~Ciel International

I am a New Yorker that will be at Shanghai during their World Tour as an study abroad student.

Since I don't know Chinese, does anyone know an International Chinese forum or website?

I want to get the latest updates regarding their Asia tour.......

but of course, it's in Chinese. But I think the board requires some type of verification/invite code so if you want to join you have to mail the admin (this post)

But again, it's in Chinese.

I don't know of any that are more mixed language.
