ah, that's what i was worried about. i'm thinking most of the folks have been caught up in doing stuff for other shows they are also attending plus Otakon business. i'd hate for the show and VAMPS to get overlooked in all of the other goings-on. last time i asked about this, it was said the team leader was going to take care of it, but that was weeks ago and i don't see anything new posted for this venue.
In my case is the other way around I want to do something for san diego but so far I've posted the banner and just got 3 feedbacks I think x.x so I doubt there's something else I could do. But the banner will be awesome and the thank you card too :D also the venue is small ^^.
I hope the baltimore leader says something soon ^^ I know she's working hard on the banner :D so don't worry!

I got to draw it so it's taking more time. My brother is a designer etc so I'm getting him to draw something for me. 90% of it is done, just waiting on him.
I mean I could post what I have, but it would spoil it! =(

I bet it will be great - can't wait to see it!
that's great. is there anything else planned besides a banner? do we need to chip in some funds? a lot of other venues are doing a variety of things to make the show special, to band and fans. i've been away for a bit and don't see any new threads addressing anything besides cosplaying at Otakon. which is great, but not part of the VAMPS show. some folks aren't going on to the weekend's festivities. i'm just trying to get an idea of what's up.

Danica, the other leader is currently making the thank you note. She is also in charge of ordering the banner and getting it. She has all the money accounted for. About making the show special.. do you mean something like the glow sticks? I definitely think we should do something special, I just haven't thought of anything yet. Does anyone have suggestions? I'm going to try and brainstorm. It HAS to be different... just what :D
